The steel wall support is designed to handle the most powerful kicks and punches on the bag without problems. Thanks to the handy fold-away system, the attachment can be easily folded away so that more space is created when there is no training. The wall attachment can be used both at home and in the gym.

Which punching bags is this wall attachment suitаble for?

The wall attachment is suitаble for all bags of all brands. The maximum load-bearing weight of the wall attachment is 100kg.

The suspension point for the heavy bag is 70 cm away from the wall. This is more than sufficient to perform all common heavybag exercises. The width of the attachment is 48 cm.

At what height should I attach the punching bag attatchment to the wall?

This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate this as follows:

- The top of the boxing bag should be 10 cm above your own height.
- Then comes the 30 cm fastening chain and then the wall support.

So own length + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height, you can always vary this if desired.
