Phoenix Judo Uchi Komi Trainer Set

Training aid for practicing Uchi Komi and other throwing technique practice, such as pulling practice for breaking balance.

The arms ends are made of strong double weave judo cloth and offer a specially realistic grip feeling and at the same time strenghtjen gripping power.

This set can as well be used for individual training (just fasten the elastic strap to a robust hook on the wall), and also for partner training (one partner holds the strap and can adjust the angle of traction during exercise).
