RETURN
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and exchange or return the goods for sale within 14 days of receipt of the ordered goods.
RETURN TERMS:
- The customer may test and inspect the ordered products to ensure their suitability or unsuitability, but the minimum impact on the goods and their packaging must be ensured during the testing.
NB! Trying means the same use as is customary in retail establishments before making a purchase. E.g. do not hit the punching bag with a boxing glove, exercise on a yoga mat, etc.
- The returned product must be in the original packaging, in the original marking and in the same complexity as at the time of delivery to the Customer. The goods that arrive at the Customer in the package must be also divided and packaged in the same way as when the goods are delivered to the Customer.
If it is possible to open the packaging of the goods without damaging the packaging, the Customer undertakes to open the packaging in this way as well. Items attached to the goods to protect the condition of the goods (eg protective films), which do not prevent the goods from being tried and inspected, must not be removed when the goods are returned. If the packaging cannot be opened without breaking / damaging, the consumer is not responsible for the damaged packaging.
- If the original packaging of the goods is damaged or if the use of the goods during the trial period exceeds the reasonable extent necessary to inspect the goods or if the returned goods are not in a similar condition to new similar goods, Budopunkt has the right to unilaterally deduct the indemnity compensation
- The amount of the compensation shall be determined on the basis of the extent of the possible decrease in the value of the returned goods, and the amount of the compensation shall be notified to the Customer as soon as possible after the amount of the compensation has been determined.
- Right of return does not apply to goods manufactured or ordered taking into account the personal needs of the Customer; in the case of goods which are perishable or obsolete; oversized products (eg boxing bags, jigsaw puzzles and judomas).
The right of return also does not apply to products which are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons and which are open after delivery (eg boxing bandages, dental protectors, groin and chest protectors, support bandages).
- The right of return does not extend to legal persons. For the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer is a private individual.
- When returning the product by courier, the service provider has the right to refuse to accept the goods if the product is not packed correctly and safely. The cost of the courier ordered for the second return is covered by the Customer.

- Please fill the return form (you can download it here), print it and attach it to the parcel. In case you are unable to print, please send the completed return form to our e-mail: info@budopunkt.ee. Also inform us about the return or replacement of goods via e-mail: info@budopunkt.eu
- Return of the parcel
Return shipping price shall be borne by the Customer, unless the wrong or defective product was sent to the Customer.
For both ways of replacement shipping (old product from client back to Budopunkt & new back to client) the cost shall be borne by the Customer, unless the wrong or defective product was sent to the Customer. The same price, given in the table below, will be applied to both shipments.

The Customer can return the package of the SmartPOST parcel machine to the nearest SmartPOST parcel machine upon receipt of the goods on the basis of the personal return code (received via SMS upon package's arrival to the parcel machine). When returning a product with a return code, the Customer does not have to pay anything, because SmartPOST invoices Budopunkt for the return. Budopunkt, in turn, deducts the delivery cost of the return from the amount returned to the Customer. NB! The Customer can return the package of the Omniva parcel machine to the nearest Omniva parcel machine upon receipt of the goods on the basis of the personal return code (received via SMS upon package's arrival to the parcel machine). When returning a product with a return code, the Customer does not have to pay anything, because Omniva invoices Budopunkt for the return. Budopunkt, in turn, deducts the delivery cost of the return from the amount returned to the Customer. |
If the consignment was delivered by courier service, the Customer must contact Budopunkt, which will arrange a courier invitation. When returning the courier product, the Customer does not have to pay anything, because the pick-up is organized by Budopunkt. Budopunkt, in turn, deducts the delivery cost of the return from the amount returned to the Customer. |
The customer can also return the product himself, bringing it to Budopunkt Artelli 7, 10621 Tallinn store on the basis of this prior agreement. |

Refund of the payment
- Budopunkt shall return the fee paid by the Subscriber immediately, but not later than within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract by Budopunkt.
- The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
- The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.
- The buyer can submit the application by writing to info@budopunkt.eu.

Budopunkt will not compensate for damage to the product caused by natural forces.
