What is a slam ball?
Non bouncing medicine ball, which is made from durable rubber and is filled with air and sand mixture. Textured surface provides better grip.

Usage:
-ideal training equipment for different sport disciplines: crossfit, MMA, wrestling, ball games, track and field, etc
